The team has owned the Key Laboratories for Quality and Safety Control of Milk and Milk Products of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center for Milk and Milk Products of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (Beijing), the Risk Assessment Laboratory for Milk Product Quality and Safety of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (Beijing) and the National International Joint Research Center for Dairy Industry, etc. The current membership is nearly 60 members. The team focuses on two research areas: healthy dairy farming and milk quality formation mechanism, milk product quality and safety risk assessment and nutritional function evaluation, and carried out government tasks such as raw milk quality and safety monitoring and recovery milk monitoring in liquid milk by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and also leads the National Dairy Science and Technology Innovation Alliance to carry out quality milk projects in the industry. In the past five years, they have published more than 100 SCI-indexed articles, won three national scientific and technological progress second-class awards and six provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological awards, and been awarded as “National Outstanding Innovation Team of Agricultural Research” and “Youth Civilization of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences”.
