The Science and Technology Innovation Team of Chicken Nutrition Metabolism and Regulation has five members, including three researchers and two associate researchers. The team focuses on applied basic and key technology research on chicken nutrition and environment for the major needs of chicken industry. The team has established a new system for evaluating the nutritional and environmental requirements of chickens on the basis of revealing the nutritional metabolism and environmental physiology of chickens and their new molecular mechanisms, and researched new parameters for chicken nutrition and environmental requirements, biotechnology for effective use of feed nutrients and meat and egg quality improvement techniques to fully utilize the breed's genetic potential.
