The team has more than 30 projects including National 973 Program, National Science and Technology Support Program, National Key R&D Program, International Science and Technology Cooperation Program, National Natural Science Foundation of China, International Atomic Energy Agency Technical Cooperation, FAO South-South Cooperation Program, etc.
Research Direction：
The team has revealed the metabolic control mechanism and product quality formation mechanism for the efficient utilization of feed nutrients in ruminant, developed nutrition control technologies to improve feed conversion efficiency, product quality and animal health, and integrated and innovated a green quality and efficiency production technology model with “Yield measurement formula” as the core and demonstrated its application.
Scientific and Technological Achievements：
The team has won one National Science and Technology Progress Second Prize, six Provincial and Ministerial First Prizes and eight national invention patents, and published more than 200 scientific and technical papers.
