研究方向
1)饲料养分效价工业化评定技术的创制与应用
立足于国家饲料粮减量替代及饲料资源高效利用的战略需求,创建单胃动物饲料养分效价工业化评定方法及技术平台,重点围绕饲料营养价值评定、饲用价值分析系统构建、饲料养分高效利用及其调控机制开展研究,并通过技术集成与企业合作,开发实用技术。
2)矿物元素营养研究及应用
针对畜禽养殖中矿物元素利用率低及过度排放污染环境等问题,系统、深入开展畜禽饲料矿物元素营养价值评定、营养需要量和营养代谢及调控机制研究,精准满足畜禽矿物元素营养需求,优化其功能性调控作用,节约矿物质饲料资源。
3)肉鸡营养与环境
不同理化环境(热、光和有害气体)下肉鸡生理和营养代谢动态变化及其分子机制研究;肉仔鸡动态营养需要和日粮配制技术研究;种母鸡—胚胎—肉仔鸡营养传递及其环境和营养调控技术研究。
4)酶与饲料资源开发
在新型蛋白酶、产非淀粉多糖酶曲霉菌及产漆酶木腐菌的开发与应用方面,取得了多项突破性成果,同时以解脂耶氏酵母为底盘细胞构建了高产类胡萝卜素平台,为高效畜禽健康养殖和功能性畜产品生产提供了重要支撑条件。

中国专利奖优秀奖:单胃动物仿生消化系统及基于该系统模拟单胃动物消化的方法。
温氏食品集团股份有限公司科技进步奖特等奖:基于仿生消化法的饲用原料黄鸡代谢能值动态数据库的建立及应用。
研发的单胃动物仿生消化技术和设备已在89家国内大型科企单位(其中上市企业27家)推广应用,覆盖的饲料产量超过1.3亿吨,约占中国工业饲料产量的40%;2025年实现技术出口至新加坡、巴西和比利时等养殖业发达国家。累计获得中国发明专利10余项,其中专利许可/转让3项。2022年列为农业农村部豆粕减量替代典型案例技术,2023年被列为中国农业科学院“科技创新工程十年总结与展望”标志成果。
