王慧华
个人信息
王慧华,男,汉族,1984年9月生,江苏人,中共党员,博士,副研究员,硕导。2007年7月获扬州大学农学学士学位。2010年6月,获扬州大学农学硕士学位。2015年6月,获中国农业科学院研究生院农学博士学位。2024年至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作。现为肉羊遗传育种创新团队骨干专家。
研究方向与成果
主要从事肉羊种质资源评价与遗传育种方向,重点围绕国内外肉羊品种生长发育、环境适应等复杂性状,利用基因组、表型组大数据等前沿技术,开展主效基因挖掘、分子标记开发、数智育种平台创建和肉羊新品种选育工作。近年来,共发表文章38篇,以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在PNAS、JAR、MBE、MER、GSE、IJMS、BMC genomic、Animals等SCI期刊发表文章14篇,累计影响因子达到70,h-Index为19;主持中国农业科学院创新工程任务1项、基本科研业务费2项,国家标准1项,农业农村部课题2项,横向课题2项,参与国家肉羊产业技术体系项目1项,中国工程院咨询项目2项;获得发明专利1项;参编《直面中国种子问题》;获神农中华农业科技奖二等奖1项,中国农业科学院青年科技创新奖1项;JAR、GPB、PLoS One、Animals、Genes等期刊审稿专家。
