个人信息：

焦鹏涛，男，1989年出生，河南开封人，博士，所聘研究员，所级青年英才培育计划入选者。现任农业农村部动物生物安全风险预警及防控重点实验室副主任，动物生物安全与公共卫生防控科技创新团队科研骨干。2020年获广西大学预防兽医学博士学位（中国科学院微生物研究所联合培养），2020年6月至2025年7月在中国科学院微生物研究所从事博士后研究，2025年7月至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作。担任中国微生物学会微生物生物安全专业委员会委员、中国生物物理学会会员，受聘为《The Innovation Insights》《Zoonoses》《浙江大学学报（农业与生命科学版）》《中国畜牧兽医》《中国猪业》等期刊青年编委。主持或参与国家重点研发计划、国家新发突发与重大传染病防控国家科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金、新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情应急科研攻关专项、中央级公益性科研院所基本科研业务费专项、中国科学院特别研究助理项目、中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所“青年英才”项目等课题共计20余项。

研究方向及成果：

长期聚焦重要人畜共患病原体的预警监测、遗传进化、跨种传播、致病机制及生物安全综合防控策略，致力于从“源头监测”到“风险干预”的全链条研究。以第一或通讯作者身份在Nature Communications (2025，2026)、Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy、Science Bulletin、Autophagy、Cell Reports Medicine、Cell Reports、Cell Death & Differentiation、Emerging Microbes & Infections、Molecular Therapy、MedComm (2026a，2026b)、Cell Communication and Signaling、Cellular & Molecular Biology Letters (2025，2026)、Science China Life Sciences、hLife、Antiviral Research、Biosafety and Health、BMC Genomics等期刊发表学术论文40余篇，申请发明专利10余项。
