JIANG LIN研究方向与成果
家畜种质资源精准鉴定和优异性状形成机制深度解析。对我国绵羊、山羊、家马等地方品种资源的群体结构和进化关系进行研究,发现瘦肉型猪肌肉生长、脂尾羊脂肪沉积、家马体尺大小、绒山羊产绒长度等重要经济性状的新功能基因和分子标记15个;发现藏区家畜高海拔低氧适应性状的新功能基因和分子标记6个。近年来以第一或通讯作者在Current Biology (2022)、Molecular Biology and Evolution (2019)、PLoS Genetics (2021)、FASEB Journal (2019)等国际著名期刊发表SCI论文32篇。授权中国(国际)发明专利10项,联合培育藏西北白绒山羊新品种1个,获内蒙古自治区科技进步二等奖(2019),畜禽亲缘关系鉴定(牛、绵羊、马)技术通过国际遗传学会ISAG认证,盐池滩羊品种鉴定技术已推广应用19.3万只。
