个人信息

　　董晓芳，1975年11月生，山西省柳林人，博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。1997年获山西农业大学学士学位；2002年获中国农业大学硕士学位；2005年获中国农业大学博士学位；2013年-2014年在美国北卡罗来纳州立大学做访问学者。2008年至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作。主要从事蛋鸡营养与饲料研究，现任鸡营养评定、代谢及调控创新团队骨干专家。

　　研究方向和成果

　　2008年以来，主要从事蛋鸡营养与饲料研究工作。先后主持国家“十二五”科技支撑计划课题、北京市科技计划课题、中央公益性科研院所基本科研业务费课题、公益性行业（农业）科研专项专题、国家“十一五”科技支撑计划子课题及“十二五”科技支撑计划子课题各1项。以提高蛋鸡生产性能、改善鸡蛋品质、保障蛋鸡健康、节能减排为目标，在4个方面取得显著成果。第一，从提取制备、功能评价、产业化生产、有效性评价和配套应用技术等环节，针对植物源和微生物源等饲料添加剂开展了全面系统的研究。建立苜蓿多糖和苜蓿黄酮制备技术2项；开展了枯草芽孢杆菌等4个饲用微生物菌种的全面评价和标准研制。第二，从营养成分分析、营养价值评定、增值利用技术等环节，全面开展了醋糟的营养价值分析与评定，建立了醋糟常规营养成分表1套，发明了1项醋糟混菌增值发酵技术。第三，完成了氯化胆碱、苜蓿多糖、地衣芽孢杆菌对蛋鸡脂肪肝的预防作用研究。第四，完成了氯化胆碱、碳酸氢钠、有机硒和无机硒、有机和无机复合微量元素等在蛋鸡上的有效性和耐受性评价。以第一发明人获得国家发明专利2项、申请专利6项。以第一作者/通讯作者发表文章50余篇，其中SCI论文15篇。参与研制标准7项。
