猪遗传育种科技创新团队

  一、研究方向

  1、猪优良种质特性遗传机理研究及分子标记开发

  相比引进猪种,我国地方猪种肉品质好、繁殖性能高、耐粗饲等和外种猪的生长速度快、瘦肉率高等优良种质特性。本创新团队将利用全基因组重测序,通过全基因组关联研究、全基因组甲基化研究、RNA组学、蛋白质组学等高通量新技术,进行优良种质性状关键基因的精细定位,精确地解析其形成的遗传学机理,开发准确有效、具有育种应用价值的遗传标记,为我国猪分子育种工作的决策和顺利开展提供技术支撑。

  2、全基因组选择选择方法研究和平台构建

  近年来,猪基因组选择育种新技术已在全世界范围开展大规模应用,也为我国猪育种赶超世界猪育种大国提供了技术契机。本创新团队将以商业猪种为研究材料,与国内知名猪育种龙头企业合作,针对生长速度、饲料利用效率等重要经济性状,建立大规模的全基因组选择参考群体,开展基因组选育育种技术研发与应用,建立可用于商业化选育的猪全基因组选择平台,为我国猪全基因组育种工作的开展提供应用平台和技术推动力。

  3、国产化优质猪新品种(系)培育

  我国地方猪种肉质优良,但群体规模小,商业杂交利用效率低。为了更好地开发利用我国地方猪种资源,本创新团队将以地方猪种和引进猪种为育种素材,联合地方企事业单位及种猪场,以肉品质性状为重点,开展配合力测定及杂种优势测定,筛选最佳杂交方式,组建新品种培育核心群,经过世代选育,培育国产化优质猪新品种,为我国猪“国产化”育种工作提供理论基础和示范应用。
