个人信息

　　王栋，1968年4月生，内蒙古自治区赤峰市敖汉人，博士，研究员，博士生导师。1990年获哲理木畜牧学院学士学位；2000年获吉林农业大学硕士学位；2003年获中国农业大学博士学位；2004年-2005年在意大利都灵大学和意大利皮埃蒙特牛育种协会（ANABORAPI）做访问学者。2003年至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作。主要从事动物繁殖学研究，现任中国畜牧兽医学会动物繁殖学分会副秘书长，兼分会秘书处办公室主任，中国林木渔业经济学会常务理事，十一五“863”课题、十二五科技支撑课题主持人。

　　研究方向和成果

　　2003年以来，主要从事动物繁殖学研究工作。成功研发了母牛活动量和阴道温度自动监测技术，初步获得了母牛温度和活动量发情周期变化规律，并以母牛发情鉴定自动化为核心，获得了系列专利技术及软件著作权，解决了母牛发情鉴定难度大、工作量大、夜间发情难以揭发等产业问题，正在奶牛场示范应用；建立了小鼠精原干细胞分离培养及受体制备与移植专利技术，并移植获得供体鼠后代，为大动物精原干细胞移植奠定了安全基础和技术基础；研发了两温度梯度快速PCR技术，并建立了奶牛脊柱畸形综合征快速检测、胚胎性别快速鉴定、肉牛肌肉生长SNP PCR高效检测等专利技术，为该性状标记辅助育种提供了技术支撑，并有多项技术转化应用。其中，奶牛胚胎性别鉴定技术作为“奶牛高效安全养殖技术示范与推广”项目重要内容，获北京市农业技术推广二等奖（2013-2-14）。通过差异表达基因检测分析，初步揭示了性控精子和鲜冻精子在能量供应、获能表现、精卵识别与结合等基因表达差异；发现了小鼠精子细胞中不同于体细胞的基因转录表达变化规律，现正探索其可能与顶体产生、染色质凝缩、线粒体形变与聚集等精子变形事件的关系，希望能为奶牛繁殖力提升及人类生殖控制提供实验基础。
