  胡文萍,1985年2月生,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2006年获得南昌大学生物工程专业学士学位和工商管理专业第二学士学位;2012年-2013年在美国伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳香槟分校博士联合培养;2014年获得中国农业大学生物化学与分子生物学专业博士学位。2014年7月至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作。主要从事羊遗传育种与繁殖研究,现任羊遗传育种研究组骨干专家。

  研究方向和成果

  主要从事羊遗传育种与繁殖研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、农业农村部政府购买服务项目1项和中央级公益性科研院所专项资金项目2项,参加国家自然科学基金国际合作项目和院企合作研发项目等共10余项。共发表学术论文100余篇,其中SCI论文40余篇(IF:119.3),核心期刊论文70余篇。在《Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology》 《Journal of Proteomics》 《Frontiers in genetics》等杂志以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文20篇(IF:62.5);在《畜牧兽医学报》 《中国农业大学学报》等核心期刊以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文8篇。担任《Journal of Celluar physiology》 《Frontiers in Veterinary Science》和《农业生物技术学报》等杂志审稿专家。授权国家发明专利14项,实用新型专利1项,软件著作权2项。参与培育了“鲁西黑头羊”和“鲁中肉羊”新品种两个。参编专著三部。在国际学术会议做特邀学术报告一次,并在国内外重要学术会议中获得多次奖励和荣誉。
