家畜营养与调控科技创新团队

一、研究方向

1、家畜环境营养与健康养殖研究

针对我国畜禽养殖病死率高,过度用药造成产品质量安全隐患严峻的重大问题,秉承“畜禽健康是养出来的”的理念,在畜禽养殖饲料端全面“禁抗”的时代大背景下,团队创建畜禽“营养—环境—健康”机制及其调控研究平台,深入探究不同环境因子对畜禽行为、代谢、免疫、生产、肉蛋奶品质的影响机制,建立精准环境营养调控模型;深入研究幼龄家畜、特色地方畜禽品种在关键生理阶段肠道健康、免疫稳态、繁殖健康的动态变化规律及机制,针对性设计营养干预策略及开发配套产品;探究多酚、黄酮、特征寡糖等天然功能成分、益生菌等对畜禽生长和健康的影响,研发畜禽绿色饲料,服务畜禽健康养殖。

2、非粮饲料资源开发及粮饲联产技术

粮食安全的核心是饲料粮安全,突出表现在现代畜牧业生产“耗粮”比重越来越大,我国工农业副产物等非粮资源种类多、数量大,大量茎叶等绿色营养体未及时收获、利用,团队开发非粮饲料资源高值高效利用技术及配套产品,创建非粮饲料养分效价“精准快廉”评定方法,创新粮饲联产农机、农艺、农技技术和生产模式,开发非常规粮饲料原料的多元化配方决策系统,实现畜禽饲料的“节粮、降本、增效”。

1、仔猪健康养殖营养饲料调控技术及应用,国家科学技术进步二等奖,2011年。

2、单胃动物仿生消化系统及基于该系统模拟单胃动物消化的方法,中国专利奖优秀奖,2015年。

3、张宏福/动物营养与环境创新团队,全国农业科研杰出人才及其创新团队,2015年。
