个人信息

杨悠悠，博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。2006年获北京师范大学化学系学士学位，2011年获北京大学化学与分子工程学院分析化学博士学位。2011年至2020年在中粮营养健康研究院负责油脂产业链食品质量与安全检测技术研发。2020年至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作，主要从事风味组学分析研究。

研究方向和成果

主要聚焦分析化学、食品化学的交叉学科研究，利用先进仪器技术，开发新型分离检测方法，深入分子层次进行食品感官风味及功能成分研究。授权国家发明专利2项，以第一或通讯作者在food analytical methods、Journal of chromatography A等杂志发表SCI/EI论文10余篇。获中国商业联合会全国商业科技进步一等奖（第3）、中粮集团科技进步二等奖（第9）和中国分析测试协会科学技术一等奖（第9）等奖励。
