　　个人信息

　　崔焕先，1979年6月，山东省青岛人，博士，副研究员，所青年人才，鸡遗传育种创新团队科研骨干。1997年获青岛农业大学学士学位；2008年获云南农业大学大学硕士学位；2011年获中国农业科学院博士学位。2015年至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作。

　　研究方向与成果

　　主要从事肉鸡鸡肉品质、肌内脂肪、腹脂率等重要经济性状遗传机理解析与功能基因定位、脂肪代谢的分子调控机理及其与鸡肉品质关系等方面的研究。针对我国黄羽肉鸡品质优良，但生产效率低下的现状，围绕鸡生产效率和肌肉品质两大核心问题，开展了鸡重要经济性状遗传机理解析、效率与品质平衡选育技术研发等工作。

　　以（共同）第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文20余篇；参与研发出国内首款鸡基因组育种芯片“京芯一号”，获国家发明专利授权5项、受理1项；获国家审定肉鸡新品种配套系证书1个、申报国家审定肉鸡新品种配套系证书2个；转化国家发明专利“一种小型白羽肉鸡的三系配套制种方法”1项，合同经费920万；获科技部创新人才推进计划重点领域创新团队奖（2018）、神农中华农业科技奖（2019）等5项奖励。

　　在研项目

　　1. 科技部“科技助力经济2020”重点专项，肉鸡智能孵化与健康养殖关键共性技术集成与示范推广，2019-2021；500万，主持；

2. 北京市自然基金面上项目，cGnRH-I调控鸡肌内脂肪沉积的分子机理解析，2020-2022；20万，主持。
