个人信息

　　王彦芳，博士，四级研究员，博士生导师。2004年获华中农业大学动物遗传育种与繁殖专业博士学位；2005年-2011年在美国爱荷华州立大学动物科学系、路易斯安娜州立大学健康科学中心、密苏里大学哥伦比亚分校博士后，2011-2013密苏里大学哥伦比亚分校研究助理教授。2014年至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作。主要从事猪功能基因组学研究，现任猪基因工程与种质创新团队骨干专家；2014年入选中国农业科学院“青年英才计划”A类海外杰出青年人才，2017年入选中国农业科学院“农科英才”。

　　研究方向和成果

　　多年来，从事哺乳动物功能基因的挖掘、鉴定和机制解析研究。主要研究方向为：1）猪早期胚胎发育和脂肪沉积、代谢关键基因的鉴定和功能分析；2）利用条件敲除小鼠模型深入研究候选基因所参与的调控网络及分子机制；目前共发表SCI论文50余篇，其中第一作者（含共一）17篇，单篇最高影响因子14.696 （JNCI），通讯作者（含共同通讯）SCI文章15篇，单篇最高影响因子10.8（Genome Biology）。主持国家自然基金面上项目2项，科技重大专项子课题1项。第一发明人申请国家发明专利2项。研究成果得到国内外同行认可，目前为BMC genomics等国际杂志的专业审稿人，担任国际动物遗传学会比较与功能基因组分会的常务理事（2014-2017）。
