个人信息

张杰,1983年12月生,山东省沂源县人,博士,研究员,博士生导师。2007年获青岛农业大学生物科学学士学位;2010年获中国农业科学院微生物学硕士学位;2015年获中国科学院大学生物化学与分子生物学博士学位;2015年-2019年在美国奥本大学从事博士后研究。2019年-2020年在中国农业科学院饲料研究所工作;2020年7月至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作。主要从事基于合成生物学的畜牧业用生物活性制剂研究,现任饲用酶工程创新团队骨干专家。2020年入选中国农业科学院“青年英才计划”。

研究方向与成果

2019年以来,主要从事利用合成生物学技术进行畜牧业用生物活性物质高效生产的研究工作。以大肠杆菌、毕赤酵母等为出发菌株,通过基因工程、代谢工程、进化工程等,优化微生物细胞代谢网络,打通从基因组到产品的技术链条,提高畜牧业用生物活性物质的产率与效率,构建高效微生物细胞工厂。
