　　个人信息

　　杜卫华，女，山西晋中人，理学博士，研究员，硕士生导师。1995年获山西农业大学学士学位；2001年获山西农业大学农学硕士学位；2004年获中国农业大学理学博士学位。2004年至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作。主要从事动物胚胎（体外受精、体细胞克隆）体外发育机理、基因精准修饰的转基因奶牛新品种培育研究，现任胚胎工程与动物繁殖团队骨干专家，畜牧兽医学会繁殖学分会理事。

　　研究方向与成果

　　2004年以来，主要从事动物胚胎（体外受精、体细胞克隆）体外发育机理，从胚胎转录组、表观遗传学等多维度解析胚胎发育调控机制；同时研究抗氧化剂清除胚胎氧化应激的机制，提高体外胚胎的发育率和质量；采用CRISPR-Cas9等基因编辑技术研发基因精准修饰转基因奶牛和抗病育种转基因牛新品种。建立了体细胞克隆新方法（无透明带卵母细胞克隆法），成功获得荷斯坦种公牛、日本和牛克隆后代。

　　研究成果先后荣获：2020年国家技术发明二等奖“良种牛羊卵子高效利用快繁关键技术”（第六完成人）；2019年获教育部自然科学技术发明奖一等奖“良种牛羊胚胎高效发育与排卵控制技术”（第六完成人）。分别获2015年和2018年度中国农业科学院优秀硕士学位论文导师奖。
