个人信息

王加启,男,1967年6月生,博士,研究员,博士生导师。1993年获北京农业大学畜牧学博士学位。1993年起至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所从事奶牛营养与牛奶质量安全研究。1994年12月-1995年10月在英国Rowett研究所做博士后研究。现任中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所奶产品质量安全与风险评估团队首席科学家,国家百千万人才工程第一、二层次人选,兼任国务院食品安全委员会专家委员会委员、全国畜牧业标准化技术委员会委员、食品安全国家标准专家委员会委员、Journal of Dairy Science编委等。

研究方向和成果

1993年以来,带领团队从反刍动物营养研究起步,逐渐聚焦为“奶牛营养—牛奶品质形成—牛奶功能评价”,形成鲜明的“品质营养学”研究特色。主要研究成果有:揭示我国奶牛养殖模式中乳脂肪和乳蛋白偏低的内在机理,创建提高乳脂肪和乳蛋白的奶牛营养调控关键技术,突破了制约奶牛生产优质乳的技术瓶颈;构建我国奶产品质量安全风险评估与营养品质评价数据库,提出优质奶产自本土奶的科学理念,为我国奶业由数量型增长向安全优质转型升级提供了强有力技术支撑。

研究成果先后获得国家科技进步二等奖3项(1999年,2012年,2020年);2019年获神农中华农业科技奖创新团队奖,2012年获第十四届中国专利优秀奖。
