  姚斌,1967年生,研究员,博士生导师,中国工程院院士,微生物与酶工程专家。1988年本科毕业于华中农业大学微生物专业,1991年硕士毕业于中国农业大学植物病理学专业,1994年博士毕业于中国农业科学院研究生院,同年就职于中国农业科学院饲料研究所,2019年当选中国工程院院士,2020年至今就职于中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所,饲用酶工程科技创新团队首席。国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,入选国家级人才计划、农业科研杰出人才、科技北京百名领军人才、农业部有突出贡献的中青年专家、中国农业科学院一级杰出人才,获政府特殊津贴。现任中国发明协会副理事长,中国畜牧兽医学会理事会学术顾问,国家农业转基因生物安全委员会委员。

姚斌院士长期从事饲料酶的创制与产业研发工作。面向国家重大需求,聚焦产业技术难题,带领团队创建了酶蛋白基因规模化挖掘、构效机理与性能改良、高效表达与生产等完整的理论和技术体系,引领了我国饲料酶产业的发展方向。团队利用创建的饲料用酶高效生产技术研发的三十余种饲料酶产品已实现产业化生产,生产等各种单酶、复合酶制剂及含酶饲料产品不仅在全国31个省区市的近千家企业推广应用,还出口到美国、欧洲、东南亚等20多个国家和地区,占据了80%以上的饲用酶国内市场,其中植酸酶占据了95%以上的国内市场和较大份额的国际市场,为解决我国畜牧业发展过程中遇到的饲料资源短缺、环境污染和畜牧业健康可持续发展等问题提供了强有力的技术支撑,使我国饲料酶产业发展成为极具国际竞争力、社会经济生态效益显著的高新技术产业,极大地推动了我国饲料工业的科技进步。

  以第一完成人获国家科技进步二等奖2项,北京市科技奖励一等奖1项,大北农科技奖励特等奖1项,中华农业英才奖1项,中国发明专利优秀奖4项。带领的研究团队发表SCI论文200余篇,获得授权发明专利180余项,技术转让/专利许可70余项。研究团队2015年入选农业科研杰出人才及其创新团队,2016年入选科技部重点领域创新团队(健康养殖新型酶制剂创新与应用创新团队),2022年入选全国专业技术人才先进集体。
