鸡营养代谢与调控科技创新团队

  一、研究方向

  1、肉鸡营养评定、代谢与调控

  以肉鸡营养的基础性研究和应用基础研究等共性研究工作为主,重点围绕肉鸡饲料营养价值评定、肉鸡营养需要量和肉鸡营养代谢及调控的生理与分子机制内容开展研究,并通过技术集成和与企业合作开发实用技术。

  2、肉鸡环境营养生理与分子机制

  研究肉鸡环境应激响应、评价及其预警指标,着重从能量平衡、肌肉氮沉积、脑肠轴和固有免疫通路等方面解析环境应激影响肉鸡生长与健康的机制;研究肉鸡环境应激营养调控的生理与分子新机制、肉鸡环境应激缓解的营养方案;研究肉鸡磷氮等排放减少的酶制剂及生物发酵技术;为精准控制集约化肉鸡场环境,缓解肉鸡环境应激和减少肉鸡排放,提供理论依据和技术支撑。

  3、利用生物技术提高饲料营养品质

  酶制剂和生物发酵技术在饲料工业中的应用越来越受到广泛关注,对缓解我国饲料资源短缺和生产安全畜产品具有关键性的作用。针对饲料组织与空间结构特点开发相应的高效特色水解酶,不断提高畜禽对饲料养分的利用效率,挖掘其潜在应用价值,并结合动物消化生理特点,对酶制剂产品筛选与效价评定方法开展研究,提高饲用酶应用的精准性。同时,结合生物发酵与酶解技术,协同预消化处理饲料原料,提高其营养价值,并赋之予功能性,改善动物健康和畜产品安全与品质。
