宠物疫病防控科技创新团队

  一、研究方向

  1、技术平台建设与病原致病机制研究

  围绕重要宠物疫病诊断、防控与免疫机制等核心科学问题,以宠物重要疫病为研究对象,针对病毒、细菌、寄生虫类宠物疫病防治中的重大科学问题和关键技术,开展病原学、病原与宿主、病原与环境相互作用规律的研究。构建了狂犬病病毒、犬细小病毒、犬瘟热病毒等反向遗传操作平台,为宠物疫病的基础研究和应用研究奠定基础。

  2、宠物疫病诊断与防控技术研究

  针对宠物病毒病、细菌病、寄生虫病等宠物疫病防治中的急需的诊断产品、疫苗和治疗性制剂进行研制和开发。开展了犬细小病毒病-犬瘟热等二联、三联疫苗的开发研究;开展以了狂犬病毒、犬瘟热病毒为载体的基因工程疫苗研究和评价;细小病毒亚单位疫苗研究和安全评价。澄清了我国犬瘟热、犬细小病毒病、猫瘟热等宠物犬猫主要传染病病原流行和发生规律,建立犬猫重要传染病新型、快速诊断和鉴别诊断技术平台。
