家畜胚胎工程与繁殖科技创新团队

  一、研究方向

  1、家畜配子与胚胎发育调控研究

  提高家畜繁殖效率,充分挖掘公母畜的繁殖潜能是家畜繁殖学的重要任务之一。然而,大多数家畜精、卵和胚胎体内外发育的调控机理尚不明晰,尤其是人为调控繁殖新技术的基础研发需要进一步提高。本团队将家畜精、卵与胚胎发育调控机制作为主要研究方向,重点研究配子、胚胎发育质量的影响因素和分子调控机制,旨在为精、卵和胚胎体外发育的调控提供新的靶位点,以提高动物胚胎的体内外生产效率,最大程度发挥家畜繁育效率。

  2、家畜繁殖调控新技术研究与示范

  家畜繁殖调控新技术涉及卵泡发育调控、配子保存、体内外胚胎生产等,是快速扩繁优质畜群、改良畜群遗传质量以及培育家畜新品种(系)的重要技术手段。本团队围绕繁殖调控新技术开发与推广开展系列研究,重点研究家畜精、卵和胚胎超低温保存机制和方法;X/Y精子分离与早期胚胎质量鉴定技术;国外繁殖新技术的引进、本土化创新和应用示范;活体采卵技术(OPU)-体外受精(IVF)技术体系;基因编辑技术在改良家畜肉质和提高抗病力等重要经济性状中的应用,以实现优秀种群规模化改良换代,加快良种扩繁速度。
