  研究方向:

    一、奶牛健康养殖与牛奶品质调控

  以奶牛健康养殖和牛奶品质提升为核心,围绕“健康瘤胃-健康奶牛-优质牛奶”科学问题,利用现代组学和分子生物学方法,研究日粮营养素与瘤胃微生物的互作关系,阐明瘤胃微生物代谢碳氮的机制及其在牛奶品质形成中的调控机理,揭示营养素调控乳腺细胞合成乳蛋白的信号通路机制。

    二、牛奶质量安全风险评估与营养功能评价

  开发牛奶质量安全高通量、高灵敏度或快速检测方法,分析牛奶质量安全风险因子的时空分布和转移转化规律,建立牛奶质量安全控制标准与规范。研究牛奶活性因子的变化规律,通过人体细胞等体外模型及动物体内模型,研究牛奶营养因子对细胞或动物生长、发育和健康的影响,建立牛奶品质评价技术体系。
