  王栋,1968年4月生,内蒙赤峰人,博士学位,研究员,博士生导师。1990年获哲里木畜牧学院学士学位;2000年获吉林农业大学硕士学位;2003年获中国农业大学博士学位;2004年-2005年在意大利皮埃蒙特牛育种中心(ANABORAPI)和都灵大学做访问学者。2003年至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作。主要从事动物繁殖学研究,现任基因工程与种质创新团队骨干专家;中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所第六届学术委员,中国畜牧兽医学会动物繁殖学分会办公室主任、副秘书长、常务理事。十一五“863”课题、十二五科技支撑课题主持人。

  研究方向与成果

  2003年以来,主要从事动物繁殖学基础研究及发情鉴定技术研发工作。

  针对母牛发情鉴定难度大、工作量大、夜间发情难以揭发等产业问题,成功研发了母牛活动量和阴道温度自动监测技术,初步获得母牛温度和活动量的发情周期变化规律,并据此研发了母牛发情鉴定自动化技术,发情检出率80%以上,大幅提高牛场繁殖效率,每年为示范牛场节约成本20多万元,相关研究发表文章10余篇,获国家发明专利2项,国际专利1项,实用新型专利8项。

  针对精原干细胞移植受体制备毒害大、效果差问题,研究揭示了白消安突破血睾屏障激活炎症因子,诱发睾丸炎损害了生精细胞的毒害机制,并发现腺苷二磷酸-核糖基转移酶3(ART3)对精子发生、变形起到了重要作用。建立了小鼠精原干细胞分离培养及受体制备与移植技术,并移植获得供体鼠后代,为高效制备家畜代育父亲奠定了安全和技术基础。相关研究发表论文10余篇,获国家发明及实用新型专利各1项。

  针对PCR检测时间长、效果不稳定问题,研发了两温度梯度快速PCR技术,可在50分钟左右完成PCR扩增,并据此建立了奶牛脊柱畸形综合征快速检测、胚胎性别快速鉴定、肉牛肌肉生长SNP PCR高效检测等技术,为标记辅助育种及性别控制提供了技术支撑,相关研究发表论文30多篇,获发明专利6项,并有多项技术转化应用。其中,奶牛胚胎性别鉴定技术作为“奶牛高效安全养殖技术示范与推广”项目重要内容,获北京市农业技术推广二等奖(2013-2-14)。
