个人信息

赵倩君, 1980年10月生,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2007年获中国农业科学院博士学位。2007年至今在中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所工作。主要从事畜禽资源评价、保护与基因组学研究,现任畜禽种质资源保护与创新利用团队骨干专家;主要开展畜禽资源评价、关键基因发掘及表观遗传调控机制等。现任中国畜牧兽医学会畜禽遗传标记学分会副秘书长,中国畜牧兽医学会养羊学分会理事。荣获农业农村部神农中华农业科技奖二等奖1项、中国农业科学院科学技术成果一等奖2项。

研究方向和成果

2007年以来,从事畜禽资源评价与保护、基因组学及表观遗传调控机制等。(1)基于多组学方法挖掘羊资源的重要性状(肉、绒毛、环境适应性等)基因及分子标记等。(2)基于基因组学、表观遗传组学等方法解析羊肌肉发育、耐低氧及抗病等重要性状的分子机制;(3) 优异畜禽种质资源评价保护及鉴定;

研究成果:1)2021年获农业农村部神农中华农业科技奖二等奖1项;2)2008年中国农业科学院科学技术成果一等奖等奖“中国地方绵羊品种遗传多样性研究”;3)2012年获中国农业科学院科学技术成果一等奖等奖“重要、濒危畜禽遗传资源体外保存方法和技术研究”。4)2017年指导的硕士论文“mir-192在绵羊骨骼肌卫星细胞增殖和分化中的功能研究”获得中国农业科学院优秀硕士论文。
